Protect Security Alarms and CCTV - Free Alarm System Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Protect Security Alarms and CCTV (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of Spain aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their contact details via the official entry form provided by Protect Security Alarms and CCTV. Only one entry per person is permitted per month.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs on a monthly basis. Entries will close at 11:59 PM on the last day of each calendar month, and a winner will be selected at random on or before the 5th of the following month.

5. Prize Details
Each monthly winner will receive:

• 1 Qolsys Alarm Panel

• 2 Qolsys PIR (Passive Infrared) Motion Detectors

• 1 Door Contact

• 1 Deterrent Wall Plaque

• 3 Months of Free Monitoring and Maintenance

The free 3-month monitoring and maintenance service is only available if the customer agrees to a 12-month monitoring contract. The remaining 9 months will be billed at €34.99 per month.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the contact information provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Marketing Consent
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to being contacted by Protect Security Alarms and CCTV for marketing, promotional, and sales purposes, including updates about products, services, and future offers.

8. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. Installation must take place within 30 days of winner notification unless otherwise agreed. Monitoring service is subject to Protect Security Alarms and CCTV's standard terms and conditions.

9. Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation. Data will not be shared with third parties outside of Protect Security Alarms and CCTV without consent.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
